HAZEL B. MOSIER PRATT
"Mother Dear"

Hazel passed away May 23, 2010 in her 90th year. She was a member of Israel CME Church Sunday school teacher and Matron. She was a retired teacher with the Gary Public Schools. Hazel is survived by daughter, Janice Christie (David) Trott and Lance Barry (Patricia) Pratt; siblings, Antoinette Marie Maxwell, Carl Barry (Veola) Mosier and Ruth Eleanor Hereford; grandchildren, Pamela C. (Michael) Jones, Mark A. (Kecia) Pratt, Calvin F. and Michael B. Curington, Lance D. (Terry) Pratt, Erina C. and Nathan M. Pratt; special cousin, Frances Hale; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation Friday, May 28, 2010 from 9-11:00 a.m. Family Hour 10-11:00 a.m. Funeral Service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. All services at the Israel CME Church, 2301 Washington Street. Rev. Dr. Essie D. Clark officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
