Justin Kyle Whitesell, 27, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at his home. He is survived by his dad, David Whitesell of Crown Point, IN; sister, Angela Dawn (Jason) Rushing of Hobart, IN; nephew, Hunter Kadan Rushing; grandmother, Wavelin Whitesell of Kokomo, IN; 3 uncles, Marty (Pat) Whitesell of Kokomo, IN, Steve Whitesell of Indianapolis, IN, and Rodney (Kathy) Sheley of Goshen, IN; 4 cousins, Craig Sheley of Goshen, IN, Chris and Brent Whitesell of Kokomo, IN, and Tisha (Todd) Arnold of Kokomo, IN. He is preceded in death by his mother, Judith Whitesell; grandparents, Howard and JoAnn Sheley and grandfather, Glenn Whitesell. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 10:30 AM directly at the First Presbyterian Church of Crown Point, 218 S. Court St., Crown Point, IN with Rev. Kathy Keener-Han officiating. Interment at the City of Crown Point Historic Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (NOTE: NEW LOCATION- 2 blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN from 2:00 to 7:00 PM and on Monday from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30 AM directly at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Calumet Humane Society, 421 45th Ave., Munster, IN 46321.
