My heart was deeply saddened when my daughter told me of the loss of Luna. They have been good friends for many years. Over that time I began to look at Luna as if he were my son. His meek and gentle spirit and beautiful personality will live on forever.
Keep your faith in God and know that He promises in His Word, "I will turn their mourning into gladness. I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow."

I was greatly saddened to learn of your loss. Luna was a beautiful and very special human being. I will forever miss and cherish our friendship and talks. Although our hearts are aching, remember that one who is loved by our most high God is the one who attains eternity. Be encouraged and strong in the Lord. You will forever be in my prayers.
Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who has loved us
and given us everlasting comfort and hope which we don't deserve, comfort your hearts with all comfort, and help you in every good thing you say and do. 2Thessalonians 2:16+17

Dear Holmes Family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Holmes.
All of us at NIPSCO are offering our condolences to his wife and his family. I retired from Nipsco in 2002 but can vividly recall memories of Mr. Holmes. He was such a gentleman and nice man. May God grant you peace and comfort during your bereavement period.
