I just wanted to send condolences and prayers to Mike´s family. I met him from going to traffic court. He noticed I was always in court and pulled me to the side one day. He told me I had to get myself together and I did...since that day whenever I saw him out somewhere he always spoke to me. He was someone that truly cared. He was also funny, we always had a few laughs when we would see each other. He will be truly missed. Rest well I´m the arms of God.

Condolences and prayers to Mike Brown's family and loved ones. He was my friend, classmate and prom date in the mighty class of 1979. He was the coolest person I knew. I can't believe we all have to bid him farewell forever. I will miss him even though I haven't lived in Gary for over 31 years. I just knew he would be there. Rest easy friend.
