PAMELA MAUREEN BATCHELOR Brazil, Indiana Pamela Maureen Batchelor, 50, of Brazil, passed away unexpectedly June 2, 2009 at 10:00 p.m. She was born August 2, 1958 in Gary, IN to Allen and Betty (Shannon) Garnett. She graduated from Hobart High School. Following high school she began working as a medical transcriptionist. Pam moved to Brazil in 2001 and later married Terry Batchelor in Saline City on July 10, 2005. She worked at Warren Tire as their secretary for several years. She enjoyed playing cards and dice, flower gardening and spending time with friends and family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Garnett. Survivors include her husband, Terry Batchelor of Brazil; father, Allen Garnett of Lowell, IN; daughter, Amy Dobrowolski of Portage, IN; and a son, Todd Dobrowolski of Valparaiso, IN; two step-sons, Jon (Shannon) Batchelor of Greencastle, IN and Josh Batchelor of Brazil; step-daughter, Julie (David) Wharton of Brazil; step-grandchildren, Kirsten, Maddie, Lillie, Blake, Braeden, Laurynn, and Hyleigh; brother, Randy Garnett of Benton Harbor, MI; and sister, Lynn (Roger) Fontenot of Valparaiso, IN; as well as a large extended family. Funeral services will be at Lawson Miller Chapel and Crematory, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Roeschlein officiating.
