Dear Marion,
I remember meeting Bob when we were in high school. of course he was Mr. Danskin at that time.
Later, when I started my apprenticeship at The Budd Company, I realized that he was a part of the management team. He invited me to his home and sold me some of his precision tools and a large wooden Kennedy tool box. Some time after I retired I gave my precision tools to a local technical school but kept his wooden tool box. It is still a cherished part of my collection. All of the time that I knew Bob he was a true gentleman. He seemed to always have a smile and was a warm hearted man.
There is no doubt that he will be missed by many.
This world needs more people like Bob!
I send my sympathy to you and the family on your loss.

Dear family and friends of Bob:
We are very sorry to hear of his passing
following 42 years of friendship.I don't know how Jan and I could have survived without Bob's help with the problems common for any 20+ year old home. We were able to keep in touch with Dorthy and Bob after our move to Missouri in 1977 because most of my family lived in Northwest Indiana and we visited
often. Also,we phoned each other often.
They talked us into our first vacation in Hawaii in 1987 and met us at the airport with hugs. We will always have wonderfull memories of the great times we had during our lifetime. May he rest in peace
