God is a loving God, and He is good at what He does in those that love Him. In pressing on, moving on to the mark; being the man that God wants us to be. Yes, being different from other men may seem to have no sense. But there is a lot that God does that we don't seem to understand, yes in time, He will show His reason.
My cousin Zac. How we suffer a little when Jesus suffered the most. We are all bless in some way are in another way. So, continue in the guilding light of are father word who is in heaven. And the light in you will shine. This I will see. So, press on and enjoy the wonders of a true and blessful God. For God loves the most.

I know that this is especially hard since you lost your dad a couple of weeks ago, but remember that God knows what is best and that they are no longer suffering and is resting in peace now.
