Dear Stiglich Family,

I heard of your daughter's passing & was saddendd by the news. When I heeard of her condition, my first thought was how wrong it is for a child to have to suffer. I am sure that you can count the many blessings the Stepahine has added to your life & know that God gave her a purpose in this world.

Even though I cannot begin to know what you must be going through, I feel as though I have a connection to Stephaine. I am 25 years old & have Cerebral Palsy. For years I was treated at Shriners Hospital in Chicago. Everytime when I would feel like there was no hope, God brought me some. It usually came in the form of a new treatment or meeting someone that could help. I am sure that Stepahine brought new people into your life that you would not have meet otherwise. That was her gift to you. I hope you realize just how many people are affected by her passing. I believe that people with conditions such as Stepanie's were put here by God to serve as inspirations to others. I am sure that you & others felt blessed every time you saw Stephanie smile or laugh. Her couragerous spirit will be an inspiration to others who are battleing life long illness. I hope you can find comfort in the fact that Stephanie is home with God. As we heard in church this past weekend, God is happiest when his childeren come home.

With Sympathy,

Jennifer- OLC Parish
