Brian Loeper Obituary
Brian Loeper, 57, Appleton, passed away on July 20, 2015. He was born on December 28, 1957 to the late Gerald Loeper and Colleen (O'Connell, Loeper) Marsella.
He is survived by his brothers, Michael Loeper (Appleton) and Robert (Bobby) Loeper Sr. (Appleton), and his sisters Diane Heller (Menasha) and Colleen Wincentsen (North Carolina), as well as nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
Brian enjoyed fishing, cooking for his family, spending time with his friends, and his pets. He will be missed.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will take place at Most Precious Blood Cemetery in New London.
