I knew Carl and Barbara through a mutual friend and also through the Outagamie County Republican Party. Carl was an interesting man to be at your table...and we shared a likeness for the same alcoholic beverage...a Brandy Manhattan. Carl certainly lived life to the fullest and they were a very special couple...sadly and with a heavy heart, Carl will be missed...my deepest condolences to Barbara and the rest of the family.
