David Ratliff Obituary
David A. Ratliff Jr., 35, Neenah, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, December 23, 2013, at his home. He was born November 26, 1978, son of David Alan Ratliff Sr. and Kathleen Danielczak. David married Amy Kreutzman on October 5, 2002, in Neenah. David was an electrical apprentice at Kimberly Clark Corporation. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. David's true pride and joy were his wife and two children.
David is survived by his wife: Amy; two children: Henry and Stella Ratliff; his parents: Kathleen (Rance) Bennett and David (Ann) Ratliff; a brother: Danial (Andrea) Ratliff; step-sisters: Corrin (Andrew) McMannes, Elizabeth (Shaun) Bainbridge, and Katherine Pugh; mother & father-in-law: Cynthia Prahl and Kim (Nancy) Kreutzman; brother-in-laws: Michael Prahl and Thomas (Jennifer) Ross; and many nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and friends.
David was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2013, at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 140 S. Green Bay Rd, Neenah, with Rev. Stephen Dietzler officiating. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will continue on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in David's name.
David's family would like to express a sincere thank you to the staff at Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology, and also to Dr. Nathan Munson with Radiology Associates of Appleton, for all of their wonderful guidance and tender care.
Dave, I will love you always. Henry and Stella will grow up knowing and loving their daddy. You put up a strong fight, and I am thankful you are no longer suffering and in pain. Love you, Amy

My sincerest condolences. I was heartbroken to hear the news of Dave's passing and overwhelmed by so many great childhood memories. Dave was such an incredible guy back then and while I have not been in touch with him for a long time, I still feel the loss in a profound way.
