Bill was a fun and warm hearted man that I worked with at Banta. He was a mentor in both his business and personal life. Honored to be his friend and will cherish the memories. Deepest sympathies to his family for your loss.

A happy memory of Bill was the wonderful time our class of '57 had at his home on the shore of Lake Winnebago. He and Carol hosted a Friday night Fish Fry, as Bill had spent the summer catching and freezing enough perch to feed everyone. Think it was August of 2007, our 50th reunion weekend. It was a gorgeous, sunny and warm evening, and we all enjoyed the food, drink, and reminiscing, until, in typical Wisconsin fashion, a storm front arrived and blew us all away. The reunion continued on a cold and rainy Saturday, but the highlight was the evening with Bill and Carol.

Dear Carol and Family
Many,many memories.
He was my best friend and buddy over all these years even though many miles and years between visits separated us. But when we would see each other it would be like yesterday.
Love and prayers
