Borree, Janet

Janet L. Borree, Kaukauna, age 89, died Tuesday June 23, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born in Kaukauna on March 25, 1926 to the late Richard and Selma (Weber) Helf. Janet married Raymond Borree at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Kaukauna on August 23, 1947. She worked as a medical transcriptionist at the Kaukauna Hospital for many years, until her retirement in 1992. Janet was an amazing cook and well known for her cream puffs, cabbage rolls and coffee cake. She enjoyed time spent at Crane Lake with her family.

Janet is survived by her husband of 67 years, Raymond; children: Rick (Marilyn) of Little Chute; Laurie (Patrick) Flynn of Darboy; and Sue (Casey) Rheinlaender of Keller, Tx; grandchildren: Matt and Erin Kovalski and Clayton Rheinlaender; brothers: Dick, Jerry and Tom (Judy) Helf; sister: Nancy Peterson; and sisters-in-law: Stella and Kathy Helf, Millie Beford and Irene Borree. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brothers: Bob and Jim Helf; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Belle and Shari Helf, Hank Peterson, Elizabeth (Hugo) Deno, Otto (Alice), Herman (Alexia), Alfred, Wally (Caroline), Harry (Ruth), Rueben, Louis (Rose), Art, Ralph Borree and Bob Beford

Visitation will be held Friday June 26, 2015 at IMMANUEL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST (510 Sullivan Ave. Kaukauna) beginning at 2:30 p.m. until time of Funeral at 4:00 p.m. The Rev. David Bolz will officiate. Committal Union Cemetery. To sign the guest book, please visit oconnellfh.com.

Janet's family would like to thank Dr. Schoening, Dr. Werner and the staff at Parkside (Atrium) Care Center for their compassionate care for Janet.

I went to the home today and I was looking for Janet to see if she went to go for a ride ( in her 65 chevy) Then my mother in law told me that your mother was gone.
I felt a lose as you do. I wish I could have got to known her more. I hurt with you. Geno My though are with you all
