Visitation will be held Monday December 30, 2013 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral at 4:00 p.m. The Rev. Ronald Belitz will officiate. A memorial is being established.

Jason was a great son that died too soon. He was the apple of his mom's eye and they shared a special bond. He had a special smile and loving heart and will be missed every day.

Jason's family would like to thank the staff at St. Elizabeth ICU, especially Mary, and their family and friends that have been so caring supportive for the last two weeks.

My heart goes out to all the family , especially for his two small children that will not be able to spend time with their Dad. Remember that he was taken too soon. Prayers being sent to the family for your loss may you always remember him with a smile and joy in your heart. I saw him last at my Mom's when he stopped to visit her as he did often when in town. I pray that your hearts heal fast and memories stay strong. Jason was often at my house playing with my two children who were his friends for a long time. Will remember all the fun they had together. R.I.P. Jason.

Jason, I'll always remember you. How hard you tried to do the best you could do. The love you gave to those you cared about. How you touched my heart. How from a broken relationship, we rebuilt a strong friendship. How we helped each other with our own separate challenges. You will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for allowing me to know, interact, love, and care about you since 2005. You did well Jason. I know you are in a better place and are made whole in all ways. May God help sooth all of us who have been affected strongly by your presence. You are forever in my heart.

Jason was a great guy and will be missed. It's still hard to believe he is gone. I have known him my whole life and spent so much time with him as a teen and young adult. He was like part of the family, always down at my grandma Lois Cummings house. Fires in the back yard, playing cards, working on cars. I miss him so much and can't imagine how his family must feel losing an amazing son. My heart goes out to you and may God hold you all and keep you strong for the rest of your lives til you see him again! I will forever keep the wonderful memories locked away in my heart! Gone too soon but NEVER forgotten! I love you Big J!

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead. Jason will always be remembered by everyone who knew him. His smile and laugh could pick you up and make you smile. He was like one of my own children, as he spent many years of friendship with my kids, many nights at our house, and many times helping whenever I asked. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this very difficult time.
