Jeffrey Koshalek Obituary
Jeffrey P. Koshalek, 61, Green Bay, passed away May 12, 2015, after a short illness.
Jeff is the son of the late Clifford and LaVerne (Kellnhauser) Koshalek and was born on July 27, 1953, in Wausau, WI. Jeff was an avid fisherman and loved his times "up north" with his family and friends by the campfire, fishing, and listening to the loons.
Survivors include his daughter, Kathryn, son Samuel, and their mother, Cheri. He is also survived by a daughter, Kelly, brother, David (Lori) Koshalek, their children, Eric and Lauren; sister, Linda Robinson; Godchild, Jessica Bergner, and special friend, Sherry Bright.
Per Jeff's wishes no formal services will be held. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
