Jerome Reinhardt Obituary
Appleton - Jerome Charles Reinhardt, age 84, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2020, at Little Chute Health Services. He was born in Neenah, WI, on March 31, 1936, son of Robert and Theresa (Rouse) Reinhardt. Jerome graduated from St. Mary High School, after graduation he worked as a hospital aid before joining the United States Air Force. When Jerome returned from service, he focused on caring for his mother until her passing.
Jerome had various jobs throughout his life; mainly janitorial and maintenance work. He also volunteered his time as St. Elizabeth Hospital and cleaning St. Joseph Catholic Church. Jerome was extremely proud to be a member of AA for over 20 years. He will always be remembered as a loving and kind man who was always willing to help.
Jerome is survived by his sister: Patricia (Fred) Relien of Neenah; sisters-in-law: Jeanine and Carol Reinhardt both of Neenah; God daughter: Kathy Murphy of Colorado; many nieces and nephews; as well as a very special friend: Yvonne Kaphingst of Appleton. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Roger (Irene), Robert, and Wayne Reinhardt all of Neenah; and his niece: Jill Marie Voissen of Fox Crossing.
Due to Covid restrictions, a memorial mass is being planned for Jerome this spring.
A memorial fund will be established in remembrance of Jerome benefiting the Genesis Club of Appleton or St. Joseph Catholic Church, Appleton.
