Kenneth Endter Obituary

Ken Endter

Kenneth Endter, age 73, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015. He was born in Neenah on November 4, 1941 to the late Emil and Phyllis (Grode) Endter. Ken attended Menasha High School and went on to work as a glazier at Service Glass and Aluminum. While working, Ken was drafted and served his country in the US Army until returning home to his job in Neenah. One of Ken's greatest passions was boat racing. He raced for over twenty years, and was well known and respected in the boating world. Ken also contributed to the industry by building boats and bringing many new friends into the sport. Ken loved being on the water, and with that came his love for duck hunting. Most importantly, Ken was a talented man as well as a very loyal and generous friend.

Ken is survived by his daughter, Lorie Endter; siblings: Phillip (Mary) Endter, Tim Endter, Mary (Chris) Gaertner, Steve (Laureen) Endter;

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Barbara Abramson and Dan (Judith) Endter; sister-in-law: Sharon Endter.

A time of remembrance for Ken will begin at 3:00 PM and conclude with Military Rites at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME-LAEMMRICH CHAPEL (312 Milwaukee St., Menasha).

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the nurses and staff at Park View Health Center for the care given to Ken over the past many years. Also, a sincere thank you to all Ken's friends who continued to visit and support him.

Very sad to hear about Uncle Ken and we are very sorry that we could not make it there today for the funeral.
I have very fond memories of Ken at the many boat races we went to every summer while growing up.

May your hearts be filled with Wonderful Memories of joyful Times. We spent many many "Brother" hours together working on the boats and racing. Some of my most wonderful memories were spent at the races.
