Laura Figlinski Obituary
Appleton - Laura C. Figlinski, age 95, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2018. She was born to Robert and Dena (Paulson) Fischer on September 6, 1922.
On July 17, 1942, she was married to Peter Figlinski who preceded her in death on October 23, 1991. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed her many flowers. She and her husband owned Peter Figlinski and Sons Trucking as well as Midway Auto Supply.
She was a member of Riverview Lutheran Church since its early beginnings.
Laura is survived by her daughter, Christeen Wasrud; sons, Gary (Jackie) and Dennis ("Dan"); sisters, Mabel (Duane) Zeuske and Phyllis Christianson; one granddaughter, two grandsons, five great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Dorothy (Harry) Jankowski and Dolores (Frank) Radeske.
Visitation will be held at Riverview Lutheran Church, 136 W. Seymour St. Appleton, on Sunday, January 28, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 pm with Pastor Dennis Belter officiating.
Condolences may be forwarded to the church.
