Linda Arndt Obituary
Linda Sue Arndt, age 65, of Appleton, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 24, 2015, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Linda was born September 5, 1950, in Clintonville, the daughter of the late James Lee and Alice Louise (Kobs) Spearbraker. She attended area schools and was a graduate of Appleton West High School with the class of 1969.
Linda worked for many years for Lawrence University, retiring in 2015.
Linda loved playing cribbage and cards. She further enjoyed "Oldies Music", Nascar Racing and following her beloved Jacksonville Jaguar's.
Surviving Linda are her daughter and son-in-Law, Melissa (Paul) Anderson of Menasha; sisters, Donna Wendt of Freedom and Sharon Gould of Clintonville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
A Private Graveside Service will be held, Friday, November 6, 2015, at Graceland Cemetery, in Clintonville.
A Special Thank You is extended to Drs. Vijay Chandhary & Michael Ray, their Staff, and the Fox River Nursing & Rehab Center and Staff for the wonderful care given to Linda.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Linda's name for the Theda Cancer Care Unit.
