I am so sorry for your loss. It's times like these when the loving promises of our heavenly Father can bring us comfort and can soften some of the pain we feel in our hearts. (1 Thessalonians 4:13,14)

It is with saddness to learn of Malinda's passing. I recall having met and visited with her many times. My grandparents (Martin and Elizabeth Hillmann) were members of St.Lukes. I also remember the Bergelin family too! Bless be Malinda's memory.

May the loving arms of our Savior hold you and bring you peace. May your special memories bring joy as you rest assured that you will see her again with Jesus. Praying for your family. With Love, Steve's sister, Connie

My first memory of Malinda was at the Bergelin cousins reunion, which she and Oscar hosted. With bright eyes, a winning smile, and a girlish figure, she welcomed me into the fold. The interplay of love and warmth between the couple made me want to strive for such intimacy within my own new marriage.
Whenever we saw them they always greeted us as if we were immediate family.
Malinda's graciousness extended to all, at the funeral of her husband. Despite standing hours, she shook hands with everyone: even when the visitation ran long into the set time for the funeral.
Rekindling relationships with all appeared to help everyone cope with the loss of such a beloved man.
While we will not be with you, we pray all can feel our love and prayers.
In Christ's love,
Dwight and Debbie Pautz
