Goodwiler, Ronald "Ron'

Goodwiler, Ronald "Ron", 73 of Corcoran, MN, formerly of Appleton, WI, passed away August 7, 2013, following a long battle with kidney disease with his wife by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gertrude and his brother, Carl (Jr.). He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Diane; his five sons, Greg (Charlette), Darin (Jill), Kipp (Denise), Garrick (Tonya) and Jad; grandchildren, Kai, Grant, DJ, Zach, Jacob, Graham, Kyle and Evan; great-grandson, Joshua; brothers, James (Sally), Robert (Edith); sister, Ruth; close family friend, Lisa.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church (2525 E. Lourdes Drive) on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. at church. Private family interment. The family prefers memorials.

Sorry to hear of this.Too young and too soon I have many good memories of Ron. Remembering A & D Liquor Locker and the bottle pouring into the glass for the sign. I remember him always joking around at church functions like the choir and Friday night Bingo.
