Thomas "Tom" A. Krieglstein

Thomas "Tom" A. Krieglstein, age 77, of Menasha, went to play golf on the greenest fairway of all on Monday, May 25, 2015. He passed away at his residence with his family by his side. On April 26, 1938, Tom was born in Neenah to Orvel and Frances (Zolkowski) Krieglstein. In 1956, Tom graduated from Menasha High School and then enlisted with the National Guard. Tom was united in marriage to Karen Tomczak on June 27, 1964 in Mosinee. He had worked for Menasha Corp. before retiring after 42 years of employment. Tom loved bowling and watching WWE. His most favorite passion was playing golf with his friends Norm, Bruce, and Pete.

Tom will be missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Karen; their children: Brian (Deanna) Krieglstein; Lynn (Dave) Gauger; his grandchildren: Brooke, Tristin, Amber; a step-grandchild, Shereen; brothers-in-law: George (Shirley) Tomczak, Jerry (Bonnie) Tomczak; sisters-in-law: Penny Tomczak and Elizabeth Tomczak; and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law: Raymond and Terry Tomczak.

A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at Wichmann Funeral Home-Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Entombment will take place in the Shrine of Heaven Mausoleum at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Neenah. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of his loyal friends that were there for him and his family as well as the loving and kind Affinity Hospice Staff for the care given to Tom.

Very sorry to hear of Pa Kranch's passing. He was good guy and always treated me very well. Every time I had the privilege of seeing him was a good time. Usually involved a tap beer and or some bowling. Thoughts and prayers to Ma and the rest of the family. You will be missed. Dom

Dear Krieglstein Family - I work with Tom's daughter Lynn and although I did not know Tom, I have known of Lynn's love for her dad and her family from talking with her.
