Uncle Buzzy was all about family. Every family reunion, birthday , wedding he was their in the celebration. Buzzy smile was so contagious. He smiled and everyone had to smile along with him. I will miss his laugh and sweet hearted personality. I miss you and love you!!!

Buz was my Grandview barber for over 20 years and so friendly. He was an avid fan of “State” sports; loved to talk about his yard sale adventures. Know that there is a strong bond between a man and his barber—we don’t trust our hair, while we have it, to just anyone.
But who the conversation always came around to, was his daughter in Wisconsin—I think Amanda. Camp Counselor and naturalist , Amanda’s accomplishments were often discussed, and he was immensely proud of her achievements. I know I met her once briefly at a camp our son was attending, and I knew to look for her because Buz had said she was working there that summer. It was too long ago-I can’t remember what Camp.
So it was not surprising when he packed up it was Wisconsin and Amanda he choose to be near.
I have missed him and the haircuts since he left Columbus, and will keep fond memories of our periodic visits.
My condolences to the family.

We are so sad that we never got to see Buzz again after our visit in the summer of 2017. He gave us a tour around Appleton and cooked us a wonderful dinner. We will remember his great smile, his kindness, and his love of sweets. We will really miss him.
