Dear Allen Family,
I was so saddened to learn about the death of your father. I lived in the Idaho Falls Stake and knew him as a friend and a spiritual leader. I remember the loving care that he took with your mother. He was a stellar personality always so friendly and considerate and truly caring of others. Idaho Falls has lost a great citizen. Sincerely, Dallas Hatch (Mrs. Harvey A. Hatch)

To the family of Dr. Ben Allen,
My condolences to Dr. Allens family.I was truly honored to know your father on a personal and professional level. I was very disappointed when he told me that he would no longer be practicing on large animals after his brother left the practice. I also enjoyed his company playing golf. The world has lost a true gentleman.
With my deepest sympathy.
