Brian Wright Obituary

Brian Livingston Wright peacefully passed away at his residence in Idaho Falls, Idaho on March 15, 2025. Brian was born April 14, 1938, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Melvin Butterworth Wright and Dorothy Livingston Wright. Brian was one of four boys in the Wright family.

Brian is survived by brothers, M. Ronal Wright of Salt Lake City, Utah and Roger M. Wright of Livingston, Texas as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Brian is a veteran having served in the U.S. Army.

In his active years, Brian was an avid fisherman. Brian fished many lakes, streams and rivers in southern Idaho. Brian's ashes will be scattered near Henry's Lake, where he caught a trophy cutthroat trout, he affectionately called Walter.

Arrangements are being handled by Buck-Murphy Funeral Home of Idaho Falls. Condolences may be expressed on the Buck-Murphy website, www.buck-murphy.com.
