Heather Jill Eames, 41, of Idaho Falls, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016, at her home.
Heather was born September 26, 1974, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Mike H. Eames and Evelyn Ann Richard Eames. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School.
She married Paul Peña in Twin Falls, Idaho. To this union was born a son, Gabriel Michael Peña. They were later divorced. Heather then made her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She grew up as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a deep appreciation of Jesus Christ and God. Heather was a hard worker and very giving. She was extremely thoughtful and caring and always remembered the birthdays of family and friends.
Heather is survived by her parents, Mike H. and Evelyn Eames of Idaho Falls; son, Gabriel Michael Peña of Idaho Falls; sister, Marci (Ryan) Buffat of Pocatello, Idaho; brother, Cody Michael Eames of Boise, Idaho; sister, April Avalos of Boise, Idaho; and sister, Brooke (Jake) Reader of Blackfoot.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Heather was adored and loved by her family. She always defended them vigorously and spoke highly of her siblings and parents. Heather intensely loved all of her friends, family and relatives. She loved her tunes, comedies and sharing quotes from movies, which always ended up as contagious laughter. Heather was a bright and beautiful wildflower taken too soon from this world. We will miss her deeply.
