Michael Mogard, 58 of Salmon, Idaho died Friday, Dec. 23, 2016 doing what he loved doing so much, snowmobiling.
He would get all excited when the first snowflakes started to fall. Incredible on his sled; scary at times because of the places he and his friends would ride. He was always there to help others getting unstuck or fixing broken down sleds.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the spring with Military Honors. Jones & Casey Funeral Home www.jonesandcaseyfh.com.

It has been 4years since you left us but time does heal. I think of you at odd times and sometimes it makes me happy and others make me cry. I am at peace now as I know your pain has all been taken away. Love you bro.

So sad to hear that Mike passed away. While living in Salmon we got to know Mike. He was so funny! Loved his loud infectious laugh, sense of humor, big smile. He would come to our house to show us a motorcycle project he was working on or take us for a ride in his volvo. He dressed up as a punk rocker for Halloween at the bowling alley, I have that picture, great memory, wonderful man. Hugs and Prayers to all of his family.

This is not goodbye Mike, this is just a passing to another realm. Hopefully you have found mom and dad and other friends and relatives. I will be joining you sometime in the future but will miss you greatly until then. Love you
