Bette Burnham passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Bette was born in Orange, New Jersey on February 1, 1933, to Stanley and Marion Harris.

Bette graduated from Butlers High School in 1951. She then went onto complete 2 years of college.

During Bette's years of employment, she worked at Glens Falls Hospital and as a housewife.

Bette enjoyed going to activities at the seniors center and going for car rides. Most of all Bette loved cats and watching birds.

In 1965, Bette married the love of her life Ken Burnham in Castleton, Vermont.

Bette was a member of Eastern Star for 60 years.

In addition to her parents, Bette was predeceased by her husband, Ken; and stepsons, Walt and Jim Burnham.

Those left to cherish her memory are children, Michael, Richard, Gary, and Rusty; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Pine View Cemetery, 21 Quaker Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 with the Eastern Star officiating.
