Joshua Eugene Burnham

Joshua Eugene Burnham, age 40, of Rossville, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Joshua was born in Chattanooga and was a lifelong resident of the Rossville area. He was of the Baptist faith and lived his life with a deep love for his family and community. Joshua was the owner and operator of Burnham Lawncare, where he took great pride in his work and the relationships he built with those he served.

A devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, Joshua enjoyed cheering on his team, fishing, and spending time with his loved ones. He had a gift for storytelling and could bring laughter and joy to any gathering. Above all, Joshua was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Susanne Mechelle Reynolds Burnham.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Ashley Davis; his father, Miles Burnham; his children, Madison Burnham (Ross) Wilhoit, Austin (Abby) Burnham, Emily Burnham, Stacie Davis, Rebecca Burnham, Skiyler Burnham, and Aiden Pierce; his siblings, Justin (Holly) Burnham, Jonathan (Haley) Burnham, and Amber Burnham; and his grandson, Boston, whom he was looking forward to meeting in July of this year. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the funeral home chapel, with interment to follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
