Donald V. Beebe, Jr.
May 17, 1960 - February 6, 2026
ARGYLE – Donald V. Beebe, Jr., 65, of Pope Hill Road, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Glens Falls Hospital, due to complications from respiratory failure. He was surrounded by his loving wife, Crystal, and his brother-in-law and dear friend, Davey Manney.
Born May 17, 1960, in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Donald V. and Rosella M. (Brownell) Beebe, Sr.
Don was a 1978 graduate of Queensbury High School.
He began his 45 plus year profession in Auto Body, on Maple Street in Glens Falls and eventually moved the business Beebe's Collision, to Harrison Avenue in Hudson Falls where the business continues to operate to this day.
He married the love of his life, Crystal D. Manney on June 10, 1989, at the Glens Falls United Methodist Church.
Don was a proud member of the NRA. In his earlier years he was a Volunteer Fireman with the South Queensbury Fire Department.
Some of Don's enjoyments included baking, cooking, and gardening. He loved camping and hunting on the backside of Killington Mountain in Vermont with his good friend Barry; snowmobiling throughout the states of New York and Vermont; yearly vacations to York Beach Maine; and throwing the biggest and best Fourth of July parties. Don loved hosting parties and being around his family and friends. He looked forward to his weekly coffee visits at home with his "brother" Bill.
He was a diehard NASCAR fan and loved going to the various racetracks along the east coast – especially New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Louden. Don never missed an opportunity to cheer for his favorite driver, Jeff Gordon.
Don was blessed and proud to be "grandpa" to his only grandson, "Coopy". He was the light of Don's life and spoiled Coopy every chance he could. Whether it be sneaking him sugary snacks or buying him side by sides to drive around the yard, Don would have given him the world. He adored Coopy.
Don was a giving man to all those he knew and even those he just met. He will be remembered for his kindness to those around him.
In addition to his parents, Don is predeceased by his best friends, Norman "Stormin' Norman" Bradley, Barry Bradley, Joe Dufour, and Mike Wilcox. He is also predeceased by his in-laws, Faith Daisy Duell, Mike Bombard, Ed Manney, Lilly Bell Duell "Nan", John Duell, Billy, Cal, Pudge, Patrica Carpenter, Helen Duell, Mary Duell, and Grace Duell.
