SOUTH GLENS FALLS - Patricia (Lackey) Corcoran, 93, a resident of South Glens Falls passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 17, 2025.
She was born on born March 16, 1931, in Elmira, N.Y., to the late Raymond and Jane (Cronin) Lackey.
Patricia attended Rochester School for the Deaf in Rochester, N.Y. On January 16, 1951 she married Richard Corcoran, Sr.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased husband, Richard Corcoran Sr., in 2009; her five brothers; her sister; her son, David Brian Corcoran; her two daughters, Cecelia C. Beames and Darlene Corcoran.
Survived by her sister, Mavourneen Smith (Brian Sr.); her sister-in-law, Nancy Lackey; her sons, Richard Corcoran Jr (Lynn), John Corcoran (Susan); her daughters, Brenda Whitman (RJ), Chrissy Corcoran; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 80 Saratoga Ave, South Glens Falls, N.Y., followed by a reception in the parish hall.
In lieu of flowers, Patricia asked for donations to either, St. Michael the Archangel Church of South Glens Falls, N.Y., or Rochester School for the Deaf of Rochester, N.Y.
Arrangements under the care of Regan Denny Stafford Funeral Home, 53 Quaker Road Queensbury.
