Mark Mixon Memoriam

Mark was property manager for Fairview Farms. He loved horticulture and spent his days creating beautiful gardens that will continue to live on. He fiercely loved his family and his French bulldogs.
Mark is survived by his wife Darali Mixon and parents Lois and Jim Mixon, all of the home on the family farm, along with brother Mike Mixon of Poteau, mother- and father-in-law Bob and Kay Bowman of Heavener, sister and brother-in-law Bob and Sara Bowman of Poteau and Jennifer and Chad Ritter of Summerfield, aunts Linda Mixon Hickman of Villa Rica, Ga., Gino and Carolyn Uccellini of Bella Vista, Ark., uncle Mickey Mixon and wife Kim of Poteau, numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Tom and Urna (Slim) Turman, paternal grandparents Harry and Rose Mixon and beloved aunt Sandy Turman Hiller. He lost his beloved French bulldog Boo on Jan, 9, 2022.
The family is overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from the community. Your prayers, visits, calls, texts, food, and flowers have all been greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
A private Celebration of Life under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home for the family will take place on a later date, with his dear friend Phil McGhee officiating.
