PAULINE B. "POLLY" MORLEY

1940 - 2025

Pauline B. "Polly" Morley, 85, of Adamstown, Md., formerly of Campbell, N.Y., passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Adamstown. Born April 18, 1940, in Coudersport, she was the daughter of Leonard DeForest and Maude E. Williamson Burdick.
On July 2, 1960, in Ulysses, she married the love of her life, Stephen B. Morley, who predeceased her on December 6, 2024.
A graduate of Northern Potter High School, she went on to graduate with an associate's degree from Alfred State Technical School, a bachelor's and master's degree from Elmira College and a master's degree from St. Bonaventure University.
Polly was a beloved teacher at Campbell Central school for 36 years and impacted the lives of many students. During her tenure she not only proved her abilities teaching in the classroom, but she also had enthusiasm for coaching women's basketball and directing musicals, bringing the first musical to the Campbell stage.
Away from the classroom, her passions included baking, a trait she learned growing up on the farm, crafting with her grandchildren and making gowns for her daughters in Constellation and for their wedding parties. Polly was also a big fan of the UConn Lady's Huskies.
Polly took immense pride in the home she and Steve created for their family in Campbell. Although she loved the Campbell community, her Potter County roots never left her because of her love for her brothers and sisters.
Surviving are: two daughters, Christine (Brian) Andrukat and Andrea (Ron Robisch) Morley; six grandchildren, Calvin (Meredith) Andrukat, Alexis Andrukat, Emma Andrukat, Raeann Robisch, Lincoln Robisch, and Sky Robisch; two brothers, Robert Burdick of Coudersport and Leonard "Butch" Burdick Jr. of Genesee; three sisters, Shirley Anzivine of Olean, N.Y., Linda (David) Chamberlain of Genesee and Erma (Dennis) Matteson of Genesee and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Patricia B. Solis and Helen VanEtten.
Friends may call Friday, October 31 from 2 - 4 p.m. at Gold Church, 2402 State Rte. 49, Ulysses, where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Troy Preston will officiate.
