Val is survived by two sisters-in-law: Jean Culp and Rosalind Culp both of Galeton and "bonus children" William Baker of Gold, Kathlen (Albert) Talada of Elmira, N.Y., Robert (Pam) Baker of Scio, N.Y., Brenda Badmone of Wellsboro, Johanna (John) Shelmire of Wellsboro, Dorothea (Michael) Shuster of Wellsboro and Alice Smith of Sutton W.V.
He was predeceased by four brothers: Paine Culp, Kenneth Culp, Aaron Culp, Ted Culp and a son: John Baker.
Services will be private and are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro.
