Benjamin Good Obituary

Benjamin F. Good Jr., age 66, husband of Jeanne L. (Van Doren) Good and the late Donna (Kraft) Good, of Pennington, NJ, formerly Spring City, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell, NJ.
Born in Parker Ford, PA, he was a son of the late Benjamin F. Sr. and Ruth (Keesey) Good.
Ben served in the United States Army, spending two years in Vietnam during the war. He received a Purple Heart, as well as the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He worked as a truck driver for Blue Chip Transportation, and retired as a driver from L&J Trucking. He was a member of the Spring City American Legion Post 602, the Royersford VFW Post 6341, the Liberty Steam Fire Company in Spring City, and the Rolling Thunder and Friends of the Fallen. He was an avid bowler at Phoenix Lanes and Limerick Bowl, where he rolled an 800 set. He loved gardening and enjoyed camping, muscle cars, farm tractors, and was a gun and hunting enthusiast.
In addition to his wife, Ben is survived by two sons, Benjamin Good III, husband of Cristy of Pottsville, PA and Eric Good of Phoenixville; two step-children, Aaron Ciesielski, husband of Heather of Pennington, NJ and Adrienne Ciesielski of Ewing, NJ; five siblings, Donna Davis, wife of William, Marie Franks, wife of Abram, Judy Barry, wife of James, and William Good, husband of Cindy; and five grandchildren, Donna, Lily, Ruby, Ryan, and his special buddy Kyle; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Luther Good.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA 19468 on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, March 30, 2016 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. and on Thursday morning from 9-10 a.m. Condolences may be offered online by visiting www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com.

I never had the pleasure to meet Mr Good, but Ive heard wonderful stories about him. Im sorry for your loss, hes Home now and is at peace. He will be your guardian Angel and Im sure he will check in on the girls from time to time, as well of the rest if the family. God Bless your family and know hes happy and healthy in Heaven.
