David C. Rotz

DAVID C. ROTZ, 71, OF ROYERSFORD David C. Rotz, 71, of Royersford, formerly of Pottstown, passed away Sunday May 24, 2015 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Earl H. and Aletta F. (Wamsher) Rotz. David spent time volunteering at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pottstown, where he was a member, as well as at Brookside Country Club at the driving range. David was always described by friends as a likeable guy. Surviving is one brother Richard R. Rotz husband of Bonnie of Gilbertsville; and three nieces Kelli Myers wife of Joe of Fleetwood, Kimberlee McColgan of Gilbertsville, and Kayla Rotz of York. A funeral service will be held Friday May 29, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, with Rev. Phillip Waselik officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
