I had the honor of knowing Jay for a long time at GE/Lockheed Martin/The SI. During the latter part of my career, I worked very closely with Jay and his team. His friendship and keen sense of humor made a sometimes difficult job a pleasure. He was a great guy and he will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
