Margaret E. Toth

Margaret E. (Rhoades) Toth, 81, wife of the late Richard T. Toth, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Berkshire Commons, where she resided since March of 2022. Born in Frackville, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Smith) Rhoades. Peg was very family oriented. She loved spending time at her vacation home in Millsboro, Delaware. Peg loved her dog Molly and grand dogs Sassy and Maddie. She enjoyed tooling around in her golf cart at the shore. Peg loved to go shopping and was always on the hunt for a good bargain. She worked in the office at Ellis Mills and then worked at Sunnybrook Ballroom, where she retired from. Surviving is her daughter Kathleen E. Toth; daughter Kimberly Toth; brother Bob Rhoades, husband of Colleen; nephews Ryan and Rusty Rhoades; nieces Mary Susan and Julie Toth; brother-in-law David Toth, husband of Patricia; great niece Kenley Rhoades and great nephew Hayden Rhoades. She is predeceased by her brothers William and Tom Rhoades and by her sister-in-law Carole Rhoades. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA, 19464) with Deacon Jim Nash officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 10:00-11:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
