Wendy L. Lapp

Wendy L. (Dunning) Lapp, 69, of Robeson Twp., Birdsboro, PA passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert M. and Janis M. (Place) Dunning. She was the wife of Ned M. Lapp, Jr.. Wendy last worked as a secretary for John Griesemer, Jr. CPA in Gilbertsville, PA. She also worked for ACME Markets as a Deli Manager for many years. Wendy was a graduate of Pottsgrove HS Class of 1970 and a member of Harmony UM Church in Morgantown, PA. She loved spending time with family, gardening, spending summers at the family beach house in DE, crafting, decorating for the seasons, and watching her granddaughter’s dance recitals and competitions. Surviving Wendy, along with her husband Ned, and mother, Janis are: son: Todd M. Lapp, husband of Elizabeth; daughter: Denise M. Hall; 2 brothers: Lonny Dunning, husband of Karen, Randy Dunning, husband of Cheryl; 1 granddaughter: Victoria and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 10:30am at Harmony United Methodist Church, 740 Harmony Road, Morgantown, PA. A visitation will be held from 9:30am-10:30am at the church, prior to the service Saturday. Inurnment will be in Harmony UM Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3893 Adler Place Suite 170 Bethlehem, PA 18017. Dengler Funeral Home, Inc.
