Ms. Mike Enson
February 3, 2011
I felt sad for a moment upon reading this announcement but then I remembered Ms.Bea and how she lived her life with gusto and joy. I met her in the summer of 2005 when she asked my companion and I to cater a BBQ for the 4th of July. Wow! I will never forget that day or the pre-party relaxation time we spent with her and Aaron on the porch overlooking the river. She sure knew how to throw a party and we were inspired by her to make it memorable. And it was. I watched her all throughout the party walking around and making sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The words style and grace come to mind as I remember how she moved around from person to person never leaving anyone unattended. After spending that day with her, I was inspired to look her up on the internet and was impressed by her talent and accomplishments. I met her son and grandson and they, too, were exceptional people. My heart breaks for the family and for Aaron, who was such a courtly gentleman who put a spark in Ms. Bea's life...and what a spark it was! They were wonderful together and though I would have liked to get to know them better, I didn't get the chance because I hade to go back home to New Orleans.
She made the world a better place and I know how much she will be missed. Sincerely, Ms.Mike Enson and Mr.Sandy Kremer
