Charles Quattrochi

Poughkeepsie - Charles Quattrochi, age 66, of Poughkeepsie, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Poughkeepsie, NY. Charles was born June 14, 1950 in Pelham Manor, New York . He is the son of the late Joseph Connor and the late Urslua Alterio. He married Jane Young on October 21, 1972 at St. Denis Church Yonkers, NY.

He was employed by First National Supermarket in Yonkers NY as a Butcher.

Charles was a member of Local 464 A Meat Cutters Union and the Pirate Canoe Club. Charles was a local resident since 1980 previously from Yonkers, New York. He was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie. He loved Baseball and Coin Collecting

He is survived by his wife: Jane (Young) Quattrochi of Poughkeepsie, his daughter Lisa Quattrochi of Poughkeepsie, grandson, Gianni Franchesco of Poughkeepsie, his sister in-law, Mary Quattrochi of Dover Plains, NY and several nieces and nephews.

Charles was predeceased by his Son, Steven Quattrochi, and Brother, Raymond Quattrochi.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. A Memorial Service will be held 8 pm during the calling hours. Burial will be in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY at the convenience of the family.

so sorry for your loss I grew up with Charles in Yonkers New York may he be in the arms of the Angels in heaven God bless his soul

Oh my God. I'm so so sorry to hear this. Charlie and I were best friends in the 60's in Yonkers. I worked with him in the butcher shop. He taught me how to drive in his black 65 Chevy convertible. My condolences to his brother Ray and all of his family. I remember Jane from those days too. Again, so sad to hear this. R.I.P.
