Dolores DeMarinis Obituary
Pine Plains, NY - Dolores R. DeMarinis, 93, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Noble Horizons Health Care Center in Salisbury, CT.
She was born on October 15, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Rosario and Joanna (Tripotti) Calio.
Mrs. DeMarinis enjoyed sewing, dancing, cooking, traveling and most of all loved her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Anita DeMarinis of Pine Plains, NY; a granddaughter, Amanda Knamm; a grandson, Daniel Vincent Hess; a great grandson, Wyatt Knamm and a great granddaughter, Madeline Rose Knamm.
She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent A. DeMarinis on February 28, 2012, two sisters, Rose Arzano, Angie Mastropolo and a brother, Thomas Calio.
Calling hours are Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10 to 12:30 PM at Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 South Main St. Pine Plains, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 PM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, 68 Poplar Ave. Pine Plains, NY.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains, NY. A reception will follow at Anita's home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital PO Box 1000 Memphis, TN 38101.
