Tee, I was so shocked to hear the news of Ed's death. Ed was one of the few people I've known all my life. He was always so full of life and joy. He lit up a room as soon as he entered. All who knew him shall miss him dearly. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls. Cheryl

I am amazed at how often the many roads of life intersect... mingle... become one! Such is the sterling example of my relationship w/"Mac". I first met Mac on a holiday visit home from Duke with my friend, Bill Bultman. Little did I know that that would be the beginning of a long-time friendship! Later, I would meet him again at the home of my lifelong friend/brother, Chappie ( Williams).
From that time on, we began to share in the blessing of shared affection for and by the Williams family. We called the same brothers "brother": Chappie, David, George & Grayson; holding them as close as our own family!
" Tee", please know that you are not alone. We all share in your grief and sorrow. Remember, please, that : "Weeping may endure for a moment"... Let us let this moment of sadness be replaced... our hearts smile with the moments of shared laughter with Mac..his zest for life!!
I pray you and your family be continually kept by the soothing peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit and forever under the care , refuge of our Lord Jesus!!!
Love you !!!

We look to the Lord for all of our help! Psalm 121

There are no words that comfort like the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit. He is our comforter in times like these. May you experience the presence of Almighty God as he helps you to get through this terrible tragedy and great loss. We will always remember Edmund and what he added to the family in his lifetime. You are in our prayers and in our hearts during this time... May the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit envelope you and cradle you during this time.
