Dear Diane and family,
I was shocked and very saddened by the phone call I just received advising me of the passing of a truly GREAT MAN, GREAT LAWYER, and TIRELESS FIGHTER! I hope to keep in touch with you. Gary spoke of you often and you are just as charming as he claimed (it is one of those times when he didn't embellish even a little bit).
He is now with God. I miss him terribly as I am sure you, the children, the grandchildren, and many others are missing him.
God bless him. He had a BIG IMPACT on me and you can be proud of that, along with all the other things that he did that made everybody proud.
Love,
Jim

Gary was a great man. A wealth of legal information. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tell tales of the courtroom. Rest in peace.

To Gary:
Sax and I are both devastated over your loss. We wish your wonderful wife, Diane, and your family comfort and strength as they mourn your great loss. Our time together, Gary, was much too short but we will treasure the moments we did share with you for the rest of our lives. We thank the Almighty for blessing humanity and the world with your extraordinary gifts and talent. Indeed, the world is a better place because you made it so. Gary, in your honor, Sax has vowed to become a judge. We wish to thank you for your love, for your belief and for your encouragement. You will be deeply missed friend...R.I.P...

Dear Diane,
So sorry for your loss. We have all lost a giant of a man who had knowledge, wisdom,
and humor in so many fields. During my young adulthood in Goshen, Gary shared with me his guidance and kindness that was greatly appreciated.
Gary lives on in the many he touched.
