Georgia Joseph Obituary
Beacon - Joseph, Georgia Lynn entered into rest Friday January 10, 2014 at The Kaplan Family Hospice Residence, Newburgh. She was 52.
Born August 1, 1961 in Beacon NY, she was the daughter of the late David Alton Way and Carol Dyson Way.
Georgia was a loving wife and mother.
Survivors, which she loved dearly, includes her two daughters, Bree Joseph and Crista Lynn Joseph of Beacon, her mother, Carol Dyson Way of Beacon, one brother, David Way of Beacon, five sisters: Sharon Tenbrock and her husband George of Staatsburg, Madeline Way and her Husband Robert Herman of West Tisbury, MA, Joyce Ann Schweitzer of Beacon, Louise Walsh and her husband James of Grahamsville and Sandy Way of Beacon, together with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews: along with a dear cousin Andrea Davis of Beacon.
She is also survived by three very special friends, Timothy Joseph of Beacon, Francis Sabarese of Clintondale, and Jeff Lucariello of Fishkill.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 13, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY
Funeral services will take place Tuesday, January 14, at 11:00 am at The First Presbyterian Church of Beacon, 50 Liberty St. Beacon, NY.
Pastor Ben Larson-Wolbrink will officiate.
Interment will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery, Beacon.

I was so sad to hear of Georgia's passing. We were friends in high school and I have very fond memories from our friendship. Although we hadn't seen each other since, I can still hear her sweet laugh, and see her big smile. Rest in peace my friend. Condolences to her family.
