Heywood's,s
you were all so kind to a California kid in NY who didn't know a soul and I always appreciated the kindness you all showed me. Chef would sometimes stop me in the hallway and do a little check in with me quitely, knowing I was far from home. He was a great man, larger than life.
God Bless,

To the Heywood Family,
We are so sorry for your loss.
I am proud to say that I knew Chef Jim Heywood. During the many years I worked at the Culinary, I could go to him for advice, a laugh, a kind word, or just to sit and talk. I am not sure if he knew, but he touched my life. I missed Chef when I left the Culinary, I will always miss him. He may be gone, but will NEVER be forgotten. Rest in peace Chef Jim Heywood.

To Liz and family
I will always remember the great times my brother and I had with Jim cooking up different venison meals and the great times deer hunting. May Jim fly to heaven on angels wings, as he leaves us with memories to console us.
