John Beehler Obituary
Pawling - John D. Beehler, 72, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
A resident of Pawling for the past year and formerly of Hyde Park, John was born in the Bronx on December 1, 1941, to the late Herman and Catherine Beehler. John served his country in the US Navy and was a Shop Stewart and Oil Burner Mechanic for Local 456 Robison Oil in Elmsford. On December 24, 1962 he married Eileen Marie Kathleen O'Connell. She predeceased him on June 23, 2012.
He is survived by his 3 sons, John and his wife, Jan, of Ossining, Christopher and Denise of Hyde Park, and Brian and his wife, April, of Pawling; sister, Catherine Finelli; grandchildren, Christopher, Brian Jr., Heather, Tami, Anthony, Christian, and Mackenzie; and great grandchildren, Carmine, Cassidy, Victoria, and Natalie.
Friends may call at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 E Main St, Pawling on Thursday, January 16th from 5-8pm. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, January 17th at 11am. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

I am so sorry for your loss, I just found out today 1/17/14 that your dad passed away, I would have been there if I knew... Now your parents are together again and with my mom, I'm sure they are together in heaven... I will miss your dad and mom as much as I miss my mom... I will always remember going to your house with my dad and mom to hang out while the Adults had a great time.... Love you all!!!

Sorry for your loss I worked with John at Robison.(Didn't know the Eileen passed.)I will say a pray for both.They are now together watching over all of you.
