Jose Orozco Obituary
HYDE PARK - Jose M. Orozco, 35, of Hyde Park, NY, passed away suddenly on December 3, 2015 at St. Luke's hospital in Newburgh, NY. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 7, 1980, the son of Jose L. & Miguelina Donawald Orozco.
Jose was a loving son, brother, uncle who had a unique sense of humor and was very charismatic. He was an avid fan of the N.Y. Mets and Giants.
Survivors include his mother: Miguelina Orozco of Hyde Park, NY; his father: Jose L. Orozco of Lakeworth, Fla.; brothers: Ricardo L. "Ricky" (Michele) Orozco of Poughkeepsie, NY; Eric Orozco of Boston, MA.; sisters: Melissa (Colin) McDonough of Accord, NY; Jessica (Salvatore) Ardisi of New Windsor, NY and a special friend: Samantha Figueroa. Other survivors include his: maternal grandmother: Lynn Ayala; Paternal grandmother: Muna V. Orozco; nephews: Anthony & Joseph "JoJo" niece: Adriana and several aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather: Miguel A. Donawald and maternal grandfather: Jose Orozco.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2015, from 4-8 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son FH, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will held on Wednesday at 10 AM at The Our Lady of The Rosary Chapel of St. Peter's Parish, 299 Hudson View Dr., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. I went to Junior High School with Jose, that was over 25 years ago and I still remember his smile, his laugh, and his crazy sense of humor. He was a very caring, and loving individual, very family oriented and always showed concern for others. Know that he made an impact on all that knew him and that he will never be forgotten. I heard of his passing through another one of our classmates and today as I said the name Jose decided to look him up. Take care friend.

I miss you my first born. We grew up together, and you helped me raise your siblings. You are the family's heart and soul. We miss you so much, it hurts. The laughter at the table isn't the same. Anthony, gets so very sad you aren't here with us, Adriana and Jojo still point to your pictures and say your name. Ricky, Melissa, Jess and Eric are broken. I visit your grave daily, knowing you are right next to me, day and night. Until we see each other again....Mommy loves you baby, until my last breath. Always and forever.
