Kevin Dwyer Obituary
Poughkeepsie - On Saturday, June 27, 2015, Kevin went peacefully into the arms of the Lord, with his family at his side. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and grandson. Born August 31, 1965 in Granville, NY, he was the son of John B. and Darrah J. Dwyer, who reside in Gansevoort, NY.
He was predeceased by his grandparents and a brother, Patrick Dwyer. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his brother, Sean T. Dwyer and his wife Kristen and their children, Tim and Abby; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be missed by his many friends and all who knew him.
There will be no calling hours at the request of the family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Friday, July 3, 2015 at Notre Dame-Visitation Church, 18 Pearl St., Schuylerville, NY 12871 with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Granville, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation of Northeastern New York, 3 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205. Arrangements are under the direction of Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville, NY 12871. Online remembrances can be made at www.flynnbrosinc.com

I'm so sad to hear of Kevin's passing. I loved him like a brother. I will remember all the good times. My deepest condolences to the Dwyer family. He was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed by many.

Thinking about a happy summer memory from my youth, when Pat, Kevin and I would tube down Wappingers Creek from White Bridge to Greenvale park. No cell phones, no gps, no problems. Mr. & Mrs. Dwyer would always come and pick us up.
