Kitty Finley Obituary
Kitty Corinne Finley, 58 of NY passed away in Maine on June 27th 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. Kitty was surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren.
Kitty was born on May 15th, 1963 in Sharon, CT to the late Edward Finley & Mary (Tompkins) Finley.
Kitty had a great love for life and had many passions. Her most loved were writing, drawing & traveling. She also enjoyed a love for the outdoors, cooking, swimming, gardening, and making memories with her granddaughters, teaching them about nature and life. Kitty enjoyed thrifting and walks on the beach talking about life with her best friend and sister, Brandi.
Kitty loved the rain and found great peace in a new fallen snow. She loved sharing life with family and great friends. Her love, her laughter and her many talents will live on through those she touched.
Kitty is survived by her beautiful daughters Katrina and Deborah Smalley.
Siblings, Thomas Finley, Brandi Finley, David Finley, Bruce Finley Sr. & Mary Finley Salmon and of course her granddaughters and light of her life…Aabigail Smalley, Madisyn Delfino and Charliana Smalley along with numerous cousins, nieces & nephews. Kitty is also survived by her very special friends Cheryl Henderson and Shaun Oneill.
Kitty is preceded in death by her beautiful son Jason Thomas Finley, her loving parents Edward & Mary Finley and sister-in-law (and dear friend) Deborah Ann Finley.
A memorial service will be announced in the near future.

My deepest sympathies for the families of Kitty Finley. You touched so many people's hearts through your love, kindness everything you did. You gave everyone 100% of you. God took you home now because he needed a special Angeland that was you. He had better things for you to do. Some day it will be my turn and I will get to serve our Lord as well. Our loved ones who have passed must be so excited to see you again. I will always cherrish my memories of you and hold them close to my heart. We will never forget you.
